UCC - Irish Food Industry Training

The Food Industry Training Unit in the Faculty of Food, Science and Technology coordinates policy and activities associated with the research, training, continuing education and professional development needs of those at work in the food industry. 

The part-time Diploma in Speciality Food Production is starting on 20th October in university college Cork. This diploma is of particular interest to those starting a Speciality food business and those involved in the sector including farmers, retailers, culinary specialists, buyers, food developers and journalists.
