Our chefs in the castle kitchen will prepare a feast of local produce all sourced in Donegal. Creamy porridge with Glenvar honey, full Irish breakfast sourced from local farms with homemade potato bread , buttermilk pancakes with mixed berry compote, eggs benedict or local smoked salmon scrambled eggs are just a sample of the foods on the menu.

The cows and goats graze on neighbouring farms in a natural environment, where the fields are rich with herbs.
