The Review Procedure

It is the responsibility of the Greenbox to ensure that all unsuccessful projects will receive a letter explaining the reason for rejection in a manner which is understood by the applicant. A decision will only be reviewed under the following criteria:

  • The outcome was a decision that no reasonable person would have made on the basis of the information provided in the application and/or
  • There was a failure in adherence to procedures or systems.

The applicant must submit a request for a review in writing within 28 days of the date of the letter of rejection. The applicant's letter must clearly demonstrate the grounds upon which a review is being requested.

It should be noted that none of the members of the Assessment Committee will be present on the Review Panel. No additional project information from that supplied for the original selection will be considered during the review procedure.
